Corporate Deliveries Admin Assistant – Carlisle


We are a car transporter company based near Carlisle Airport with a fleet of nearly 500 car transporters that operate on a national network system delivering mainly new vehicle for a variety of motor manufacturers.

We currently have a vacancy in our busy Corporate Deliveries section. Duties of the role will include dealing with delivery requests, monitoring delivery progress, and handling customer enquiries, processing documentation, and providing relevant information.

Candidates will ideally:

  • Have abilities and a manner suited to a customer service type environment.
  • Have excellent communication and telephone skills.
  • Be capable of using Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Be capable of working accurately with large amounts of data, prioritising work, and meeting tight deadlines.

A pattern of three shifts covering the period between 07:30 and 17:30, Monday to Friday. Due to our rural location, it is essential that applicants have their own means of transport to work.
