Truck Wash Operator (Carlisle)

ECM (VDS) Ltd is a Car Transporter company with a large fleet of  HGV transporters. At our head office near Carlisle Airport there are two HGV workshops and we have a vacancy for a Truck Wash Operator. 

Duties of the role include the manual cleaning & washing of our Car Transporters also the cleaning, maintenance and tidying of the workshops, stores, yard, rest areas and any other jobs as required. Current and valid car licence required, HGV class 1 desirable but not essential.

ECM benefits are:

• Hours: average 48 per week, between 07:00am to 17:00pm.
• Days: Monday to Friday, plus one Saturday in 4.
• Basic Hourly Rate of Pay: £10.11 per hour.
• Full training given.
• Comprehensive uniform and PPE provided.

Essential Requirements are:

• APPLICANTS MUST HAVE THEIR OWN TRANSPORT TO AND FROM THE SITE.
• Must be able to wear a full Company Uniform.

Must take care and have pride in their work.
